Before Hale: founding AI engineer at Settled · TripFix — third hire, the whole AI surface. Blank repo to a multi-agent claim co-pilot in production: fourteen orchestrated models, vision reasoning, and a five-judge eval harness that blocks the deploy when a prompt regresses.
